    Boost/exhaust brake/MAP sensor issues?

Hey everyone, it's been a while sense I have bee on here. I have a 2012 6.7L. I'm running the edge CTS screen so I can monitor my vitals like egt,Trans temp, coolant temp, boost ect. So now my question. I can be going 60mph down the hwy and look at my cts and my boost will just drop out. So from 6-8 psi at cruising speed to 0.0psi. I dont care that it says i have no boost when i can tell i do. My issue is if that isnt reading right the my exhaust brake doesn't work like it should and im headed to Wyoming saturday and would.like it working properly for my trip
I was told the MAP sensor. Changed it, didn't solve my problem. Talked to my efi live tuner, he said that the edge screens can pull to much voltage out of that circuit and cause weird things to happen. So I pulled the CTS cord out of the obd2port and still the same issue with the exhaust brake. So then I unplugged my CSP5 switch. So now there is nothing in the OBD2port. Still have the issue. Looking for any ideas. Let me know what you think. And A THANKS FOR YOUR TIME! I have a video of it I will post it on YouTube and share the link on here.

Been thinking about this today. You say you can hear the turbo making boost while the monitor drops to 0?? Is it possible the sensor is going g bad it has a damaged wire?

No but I'm heading to Wyoming this weekend and it would be nice to be able to use the exhaust brake while in the mountains.

Also if it isn't reading boost how does it know how much fuel to add?

Just trying to talk through it.... if turbo is making boost but you are not getting a reading it has to be a sensor or connector or wiring issue...
