    Not Getting Fuel

I just rebuilt the truck, and the lift pump is pumping fuel, but I’m not getting fuel to the stock filter.

How do you know it’s pumping fuel?

Has to be a block in the line if this is the case.

The lift pump kicks on and I cracked the line going from the CP3 to the fuel rail and had someone turn the key and it was squirting out.

    It's also a fresh rebuild but I can’t figure it out brand new 10mm CP3 and a FASS 165.

I understand it’s a fresh rebuild but something is not operating.

When you key on do you hear the FASS hum/priming?

Did you prime the FASS unit and fill filters on FASS?

The FASS is plumbed so it goes from that unit to stock filter under hood?

Sorry for all the questions I’d like help!

are you sure you routed the lines correctly. when i was installing my cp4/CP3 conversion i was thinking that if i had a aftermarket lift pump i could easily put the aftermarket feed hose on the wrong side of the CP3. I would just go back and check the feed side to make sure the CP3 inlet has the rite hose attached to it.

Have you cracked water separator to make sure fuel is there? If yes I would pull fitting off CP3 and put it in bucket and prime pump to see if fuel is makin it that far

i was thinking the samething also. that a air bubble or pocket of air could keep the pump from fully priming or cavitation could be happening
