Do you have a pillar mount or window mount?
If a pillar mount you could trim the plastic on the mount around where the USB cable connects to make the plug fit better.
I know I had to do that with mine.

No, I actually have mine stuck to the plastic on the left side of my OEM gauges.
I like it there, and it’s worked great.
It’s just that the connection to the MM3 unit is somewhat loose.
I thought about bending it very gently, but with my luck, I’ll break it.
Anyway just trying to see if anyone has a fix for this.

Well, the only thing I can think of is, have you contacted @MM3 to see if they have any ideas, or maybe they could send you another cable?
