I'm sure this post has been beatin' like a dead horse but would like a little more insight. I'm trying to get a little better acceleration out of my 12 valve, I have adjust the star wheel and smoke screw, noticed that with the star wheel all the way and smoke screw all the way up seemed to be more sluggish until 2300 rpms and above, I have also removed the fuel plate, I will soon enough replace the delivery valves and governor springs but working towards that...is there any advantage to blocking off the waste gate hose, other then disabling the waste gate and providing more boost pressure, truck is mostly stock aside from 4" turbo back exhaust, sorry again for probably the 1 millionth post about this, thanks
