Yup 03 to 05 definitely did that.
It may be to quickly get all the cylinders hitting fast. They've been screwing around with the compression ratios so much we lucky the self ignite at all
My 06 does the same thing.
I just hate it when it does that u think about how cold and stiff ur oil is and then boom it's idled up so high
I'm running amsoil I don't know if that helps or not LOL mine dosent do it all the time I guess cuz it's not as cold here. LOL

LOL... I start mine in the cold cold with no plug and it idles at like 300 rpm. Some ridiculously low number
