As for eBay I'm not too sure I would buy from eBay only because I don't know how hard it would be to get in touch with someone for customer service

I second this! Especially when getting tuning for your truck. The tunes are only as good as the service from the company providing them.

The only seller on eBay I'd recommend trusting for diesel stuff other than exhaust is Rudy's Diesel. You're better off calling them direct though you'll get a better price with them not paying eBay fees
Ask for Daniel or Zak
Double R Diesel is great at what he does. Some of the others on here seem to offer good customer service to. Haven't done business with the others myself yet though
