    Cts just for gauges. EFI live sense august when bought the truck.

    Yes, CTS for gauges and efi live sense august when I bought the truck.

    @jt_cummins I would try cleaning out that exhaust pressure sensor. It could be clogged with soot causing it not to be as effective.

    @jt_cummins Yeah and a small pipe cleaner to get inside there a little bit. Also remember most tuners try to cut down drive pressure on these trucks when they tune them. So when most people say their exhaust brake doesn't seem as effective, it's because drive pressure has been reduced. So the sensor essentially doesn't command as much PSI from the exhaust brake as it would of it were still stock.

    When my cts is showing boost, works instantly and brakes hard.

    Well then I wonder if it's the CTS. I don't know anything about the CTS but is it plugged in to the OBD port? If so try disconnecting it from the truck completely and see what happens.

    If you still have your auto cal you may try to re flash those tunes on again. This being the last resort. But still worth a shot.
