truck wants to lose some weight

Does anyone know of "people" that can help my truck 2010 6.7L 2500 C/C 4x4 LB lose some "weight" in the engine compartment around the Wisconsin Dells area? Looking to go on a "diet" after tax time or before summer 2015.

DIY. As long as you have basic mechanical inclination it's simple and doesn't take but a couple hours taking your time and drinking beer
