Called Tim today to get a couple quotes for a friend as well as just introduce myself and say hi. So no business transaction yet, but you can bet I'll be going thru him and sending anyone looking for anything fuel related his way. Right off the bat, when you call if he's busy you get a voice mail that tells you he believes it's better to simply call you back in a timely manner than make you wait on hold. I discovered this about Tim when I was hunting. I sent out for quotes from several people including Tim. Not everyone answered within a reasonable time, and one had a pile of BS Propaganda in his quote. Tim was not only the best price, but also answered the questions.
