Here is what I noticed on the bottom plate of my B&W turnover ball gooseneck hitch when I was under the truck changing the fuel filter!
It was installed new in 2017.
I sent a picture to B&W, and they got back to me immediately and said they'd call me a replacement as soon as I get them a pic of it removed and "field destroyed."
I got my sledgehammer and am heading out to find a farm now.
