Clutch Fan Issues?

The radiator clutch constantly roars like ac or defrost on.

I looked for a replacement and found out there was a flash update for this problem.

I took it to a mechanic at the dealer.

They flashed ECM, and it's still roaring.

Next, I ordered a new radiator clutch, and sure enough, it's still doing it but not lagging like before.

I do not know what to do.

The truck is tuned.

Can a retune fix this problem?

Tuning has nothing to do with a clutch fan friend.

When you replaced the fan clutch did that include the Bi-Metallic spring coil on the front face of the viscous fan drive unit?
