My sd card is no longer working in the tuner or on my computer, even with the MM3agent. Is it possible to have someone else email me their files to write onto a new SD card? My truck is a 2018 2500 w/68RFE and i had trans tuning and sotf from unlimited diesel performance but they wont help me with anything at this point and it seems silly to pay $700 for some files to be sent to me from another tuner, but i will gladly send someone $100 if they can help me out.

I would contact MM3 to see what options they can do for you
This is important to do when problems arise
Best bet is or was to do, transfer all files onto another SD, comp, or external Hard drive

contacted mm3, since they didnt sell the tuner with the tune files they told me to go to the vendor, which in this case is unlimited diesels.
All tunes are VIN locked and can’t be shared. If your previous tuner is no longer available you will need to purchase new tunes. As @Corkey stated making backup copies is very important.Originally Posted by elanco
