I've been dealing with this for a long while.

I ALWAYS use EB on this truck.

It has been getting worse and worse.

The truck now won't even warm up with the EB.

I've been having lessened power and lower than regular boost numbers.

Also, the EB isn't consistent or as powerful as it was.

This video was taken while the truck was in high idle trying to get warm on Ray's 30 hp tune, which I usually run.

I'm just trying to decide if the problem is turbo or actuator.

The truck will eventually give up and go with a 90% or so (by sound) VGT position (while still showing 96%) which doesn't help with warm-ups, although it sounds like it would.

Sometimes the MM3 shows that the VGT is bouncing, and sometimes it doesn't show.
