I just installed my new MM3 Turner.
Will it drain my battery if I don't unplug it from the OBD port overnight or when it sits for a few days?

I've never had an issue with mine, and it has been plugged in since 2017.

Agree; just leave it plugged in; the monitor will go blank while in standby mode, and the current draw is not enough to cause a problem.
If the truck is going to sit idle for more than five days, it’s an excellent idea to trickle charge the batteries anyway, especially in cold weather.

Under normal circumstances, it'll be fine, but the MM3 has been known to be harder on batteries.
Unless it's, going to be sitting for days at a time or longer, I'd personally unplug it.

Mine did if I let it sit for a few weeks; on a side note, I haven't plugged it in a few months now.
No problems.
I don't drive my 2018 much, and it sits a lot.
It WILL drain my batteries.
I used the truck a few days ago; not dead, but no crank.
The truck sat a month or so since running last.
I unplug mine unless I forget! =)

I leave mine plugged in 24/7.
I never had a problem - even when it sits for days in freezing weather.
I have heard the scenario that might cause a problem is when your batteries are on the way out, the MM3 might not go to standby or power up like it's supposed to and then might have an issue.
Healthy batteries, all good.
