Is it vin locked at all?

It will need a new VIN License.
From my understanding you can tune up to 4 vehicles.
So this one would have the ability for 3 more.

I believe it’s 150.00 for a vin license and Ray at DRD did the tunes.I'm still new to all of this tuning stuff.
