Is Anyone Using One Of These Under Seat Boxes?

Picked this up on eBay for less than $80, and it's actually well made.

This one goes under driver rear seat, but has anyone else run one of these - and did you have to remove the carpet in the area under the seat to get it to fit?

The rear seat doesn't quite close without interference the way it sits now.
