Usually indicates a problem with the file on the SD card.
Would have to format the card, reload it with a known good file, and flash the truck again.
Or buy a new card if there any questionable reason follow same procedure with new card.

Can I do that with out paying for a retune?
I just got the files sent to me yesterday.
Could I just delete them and then put them back on?
Ray is sending me a card in the mail, but would like to get it fixed sooner LOL.

If you saved the files he sent you to your computer then you can upload those onto the new SD card.Originally Posted by Collin42

Make sure you save the files on your computer and even on another flash drive/disk. Then you can try to reload in new SD. I forget what the specs are on them but if you call MM3 they can tell you what cards work best, the storage can’t be too large or the unit will get finicky

You should be able to find a micro sd somewhere. Best Buy, Walmart, or a place like that. Get one with least amount of space, hard to find 2GB, but 4GB or maybe even 8 will be ok. Try to load the new card with the tune files on your computer. It wierd I know. I accidentally had some pics mixed in with a tune on a sd card once. Wierd stuff happens. If you can, look at the contents of what is actually on the card you're using, and maybe also if you can look at where you saved it on your computer to make sure family vacation pics didnt get mixed into it
