So I was driving on the interstate, and the turbo on my 2016 6.7L Cummins (Deleted EGR and DPF) started opening up to 75% then would close back to 33% like it always stays at.

It sorta gets lost then goes back to where it should be.

Exhaust brake always works, and there’s no other issue or code (yet).

Any ideas?

The VGT desired and actual are the same as well, so to me if the actuator was failing it wouldn’t be rolling with the desired number.
