Thread: 2019-2020 Tuning Options?

Is there any tuning capabilities that can help the CP4?

I'm not sure if the computer can lower the PSI on the pump, is there anything that can be done from a tech standpoint?

I'm installing a FASS lift pump in hopes of helping the CP4 but may have to pull the trigger on a CP3 swap.

The 2K-3K price tag is a bit much.

I run high quality diesel and use a lubricity additive.

I think its safe to say that any future updates with the 2019+ tuning platform such as additional fueling will be posted in here when it becomes available?

Finally putting my 2020 through its paces and now im finding out how much more power my 2012 had.

Looking forward to future fueling and HP gains.

Other than that Im loving my truck the way it is now.

Zero issues with the beta tunes.

I dont think theres such a thing. Good lift pump such as fass or airdog with that added filtration puts less stress on the cp4. For like the lml, and powerstroke you can get cp4 disaster kits too, for what they're worth, I don't know. And I have not seen a Cummins one yet

Industrial injection has a CP3 swap kit that looks promising, S&S diesel is releasing one soon.

Just hope the Fass saves me from buying a 3K system!

Use the xl ws filter and standard fuel filter.

Also I would leave the factory engine filter one.

I did it that way and so far it’s been on for over 33k miles and the pump hasn’t gotten louder but I have a new cp4 coming in.

The kit I have plugs directly into the CP4 how would I keep the stock filters without bypassing them?

I think the one under the bed is the water separator and the one in the engine bay is the fuel filter.

Yes all I did was a barb fitting from Napa into the factory line into the block fuel filter.

    I’ll get you pics later.

Hey Ray, I've used your tunes for a previous towing build on a 2011 3500 dually and am looking at picking up another diesel.

Was wondering if I could pick your brain on which route I should go.

I plan on using your tunes again and trying to decide the best route for what I will be doing.

2020 3500 HO Aisin dually pickup with 4.10 gears should do the trick.

How do we go about getting access to the DRD website once we are a platinum member?
