2021 if I recall, I purchased an LPM, but after a year gap, I tried to sign in but couldn't.
I emailed the doc and said I had to be an LPM to speak any further.
I just went ahead with repurchasing and haven't looked back.
I then proceeded with the MM3.
That's my scenario.

Thank you for the clarification.
When I went into Tapatalk, it said I was not a member.
After AU got your response, I went to the website version instead of the app, and it showed I was a member.
I am, however, having a hard time logging into the Tapatalk app, but I will use the website instead for now.
