My buddy jus hooked me up with a 5 year cummins tech. I'm in the process if buying a 4k gsk with heavy duty valve springs. And he said he would install for 200$. That seem like a fair price?

Seems pretty fair to me. I am sure it would cost more at a Cummins repair facility.
I figured its a tough install. Seemed fair. But I didn't know if someone knew a good price

It is not a super hard project if you have the right tools...which most people do not have. There are work arounds if you do not have those tools but it takes longer. For the money, it is probably worth it just so you know it will be done correctly. Your tech will most likely set your valve lash in the process so you are also getting a bit of a tune up at the same time (depending on if they were out of adjustment or not). Your tech may also find other things to fix, repair or maintain so once again it should be well worth the money having an expert looking after your truck.
Good luck!
Cool cool
