That's why I sent proof of my dashcam on the day that I dropped it off.

I then sent the video of me testing it on 11/26.

I also sent pics of the engine apart from 1/6.

They are not getting away with this.

Got an offer today, and I believe they want to settle this.

I am extremely close to a replacement. I'll know by end of week.

So, Stericycle called me on Monday.

That’s the company that handles the approved buybacks and replacements for FCA.

Found a 2018 I like, and I am currently trying to see if that dealer will participate in my buyback and replacement.
