I've got the new 2019, got about 4000km on it.

Since new when the engine is cold in the morning, it makes a strange light rattle noise under acceleration, it goes away once the engine gets to temp.

I haven't thought much of it as my other types of diesel all had their cold noises, but it's getting more and more noticeable as the mornings are getting cooler.

It could just be because the engine is so damn quiet that I'm noticing small things.

Just wondering if anyone else is noticing this.

It seems to be coming from the passenger side, just on the engine side of the firewall.

Also, to note, my truck idles at least a few minutes before I drive every day.

The sound goes away within 5 minutes of driving it.
