I'd say were far past due for that.
My local shop got popped by some EPA guys recently too.
Fortunately, they only had one truck partially disassembled and the other 2 were already completed and couldn't be proven that they didn't come in modified.
They're gonna get a fine, but it should hopefully not be too bad.
That said, this is why it is WILDLY important that people stop discussing these particular matters in the public threads.
Stop putting peoples names out there who are in the market, cause the letter agencies know how to use Google and read forums too!
