    Alignment Spec ?

    Gents,

Had the alignment done on the truck today 2016 3500 SRW. These where the specs that came back...

    0.1 Camber 0.4
    2.6 Caster 3.2
    0.9 Toe 0.17

    Thrust Angle
    0.20

    -0.4 Camber 0.0
    0.29 Toe -0.10

Whats your thoughts on this.... to me is seems way off especially the Thrust angle. Whats your thought....

    Thanks in advance!

    Re: Alignment Spec ?

I like to set the toe with a tape measure, then set caster where the truck drives best. I also wrote an article for those that like something a little more complex than my simple method.

I know I'm way late as this post is few months old. Camber and caster both look great to me. The less positive camber on the drivers side and less positive caster on the drivers side helps the truck track straight on crowned roads. I wouldnt worry about the trust angle as it's only .20 of 1 degree. Would only really look at that if your truck was in an accident. And then as far as toe goes just set total toe to spec and your set. Typically you want like .3 difference between camber on both sides and then with caster also to help a truck track straight.
