No start

Hey guys I'm new to the forum and have my first Dodge. It's a O5 2500 bone stock with 70k miles. I have a no start condition but I also have no communication with ecm or tcm. Cranks over strong but I don't hear any fuel pumps with key on or after bumping the key. Also with key on the fuel pump relay clicks constantly. I pulled ecm off the block cleaned all contacts checked fuseable link and checked all fuses. I get glow plug light with key on but no RPM when cranking also redlight blinks I believe it's the security light. I'm a tech most of my diesel experience is with Powerstroke just looking for some direction. At this point I'm thinking ecm. Any help would be great

Cummins doesn’t use glow plugs I would say you may have a bad lift pump install a Fass or the Intank Fleece lift pump the VP44 injection pump has a lot of problems

Will the lift pump cause no communication with pcm? I think the pcm issue is why the pumps won't activate
