Where is the best place to get an oil filter bypass or relocator system for a 2016 2500 Laramie. Looking to relocate the oil filter to a more appropriate area. Thanks for any advice.

Amsoil makes a nice one.
I've had relocation units in the pass on other vehicles. Be very careful where you select the placement of the relocation head and how the hoses lay. Once in, if your wrong, it's a big mess to clean up. AND when installing the main head on the original filter head, make sure the gasket is right, lays in the grooves correctly and tighten right.
It's easy to have this out of alignment, pinched gasket or cracks when installing. Once in properly, it's a blessing when changing filters.
But if anything is amiss, you'll be talking like a salior back from a 10 year tour at sea on your first shore leave.

Agreed. I use an Amsoil Dual Remote Bypass. Once installed, filter changes are a breeze. No more scraped knuckles or swearing whatsoever.

thanks for that info. I am slowly buying things. I have a habit of buying things while working overseas so when I take my vacation the parts are there so I have some work while I am on vacation LOL

I'd like to mention there are 3 difference set ups:
* a relocation filter set up
* a by pass set up
* a combined filter relocation and by pass set up.
Make sure you know which one you want or it could ge costly in the long run.

There's also dual remote filter systems. Just as efficient, easier to get filters for, just as convenient.
I suggest you wrap your lines. braided jacket is great, but once pinched, many times it's over.
My opinion is the Amsoil system is overkill. They make money on the filters

Just ordered the Amsoil BMK34, anyone know the Outside Diameter of the hoses? I want to order some braid hose sleeving to minimize chaffing.
