    6.7L Deleting Questions

I'm new to this forum and emissions diesel junk.

    I was wondering two things.

    1. Do the 2017's have a catalytic converter in the down pipe because it doesn't seem as loud as it should be with the delete pipes installed

    2. I have a RaceME Ultra and was wondering if the torque converter is supposed to come unlock right before it shifts into 5 and 6th gear?

    Thanks

The RaceME Ultra is boxed tuned, you need Custom Warp Tuning to fix the trans issues from @Double R Diesel.

The new trucks just aren't that loud deleted.

There is nothing inside the 2013-17 downpipe.

I always run an exhaust with no muffler to get the most sound.

The TCC does and is supposed to unlock between shifts if it was locked in the prior gear.

First off welcome to the forum!

As for why your exhaust is quiet, it all depends on what your opinion on loud is as well.

If you have deleted everything with the appropriate delete kit then there should be nothing else on the exhaust.

Agreed with the above said as well. It is just a box tune and you would definitely benefit from having custom tuning.

So can the WARP Tuning be added to the RaceME Ultra box tuning that it came with?

How much is the WARP tune upgrade?
