Anybody have good luck with monster transmissions? Searching around at different transmissions that won't break the bank for almost stock truck no big horsepower, not sure how much longer stock trans will last?. Curious what everyone else recommends

They make some great transmissions and have an extremely good warranty program. I've used them for mud trucks. Basically break and no questions asked covered in mud. Warrantied
They can build to suit the power you tell them you are putting out and to the ground
Here's a suggestion
Upgrade the frictions, replace the forward band servo ram with a billet upgrade and the same for the accumulator. A mild valve body upgrade. That's what i did to mine. LOve it and it will last a very long time.
