    Daily driving 2006 5.9 cummins

I'm running the Bully dog gt. Have been thinking about something for a while. I only run it on tow mode. I am not sure if this is the best mode on daily driving. Tow,performance or extreme??? Would be great if anyone know what is best. Going efi at some point but not now. So don't suggest it

I run in performance everyday. Been that way for several yrs. gets the best mpg for daily driving. She may smoke little more when you get in it but it's still the best setting for mpg. At least in my truck it has been!!

Ok thank you. What model truck do you have? And no issues i hope? The reason i asked this question was because this mode says tow/economy. But i know for sure that my truck now use more diesel than stock

I don't see an issue with it at all. I run my Efi live on the highest performance setting everyday as well as tow/haul mode to get the best milage/performance out of it. No issues at all!

I have an 06 4x4 lone star edition. Quad cab short bed. I haven't had any issues at all. Just don't be throttle happy 24/7 like a race car or your transmission will hurt.

Ok nice to know thanks. I guess with an Efi you have more power to. And your truck still run without problems. So i will try and run on performance now. Thanks again
