Service Fuel System See Dealer!?

2013 Ram 2500. On my way to work this morning i heard a chime and a message saying service fuel system see dealer came up on the screen. Recently deleted with MM3 tuning from Double R Diesel. I have put a couple hundred miles on it since deleting it with no issues. I tried using the MM3 DTC but no codes... The truck has 60k miles and fuel filter life is still good. Any help is greatly appreciated

Thank you! I must of been sleeping still when i showed up to work. Filters have almost 15k on them. Now i have to change the fuel filter and water fuel separator or just the fuel filter under the motor compartment?

Change both together...change them every other Oil change is good practice
