There are 4 different blend doors in the Rams. It very well could be one of them and not the others. It could be a switch also.

I have yet had issues with this and never entered the realm of blend doors.

But I have read many thread on different sites that have these issues. One thing that I noticed, when many have completed this themselves, many have recommended this site, Heater Treater.

Something to look over and determine if this is your problem and possible cost of repair (if you do it yourself)

I had that problem on my first truck 03 cummins. I searched on the internet and found out that there were a lot of weakness inside the dash. And with the amount of work to do this. You need to take out the whole dash. So i decided to replace all blending doors and heater core so i would'nt have to do this again.about 10 hours job
