RaceME Ultra And DEF Fluid Level?

After installing the raceme ultra and the delete software my Def indicator is on empty.

Tank is still in place and full. I would like to know if there is a setting or a way to trick it to reading full? This sure would calm my OCD down a bunch.

I don't think you can this has been ask a couple of times and the outcome was that it had to stay on empty. Sorry man, but there is new things that can be done everyday so maybe there is hope.

I'll keep my fingers crossed. I'm sure I could go into the gauge cluster find the signal for just the Def gauge and install a resistor and a diode to make it read full but... Well yea I'm that ocd about things. I have other projects I need to finish tackling before I really need to get into that. But if I do find something you can be sure IGOTACUMMINS forum will be the first to know.

Since you're not using or needing DEF why is the tank full ?
Wouldn't it be better to empty, flush the tank and not have waste in the tank if ever needed in the future ?
That stuff has a shelf life and will chemically change.

I am stright in the middle of the delete.. I have loaded the tuner and deleted the EGR, my exhaust came in (AFE 4" ss turbo back W/ muffler) but fed ex decided to treat my 86 lb package like a sack of potatoes and roll it everywhere and all my clamps were lost. So I haven't actually started removing the exhaust yet but I guess I could go with your recommendation of draining and flushing the tank now while I'm waiting for the replacement clamps to come in. I hate shipping issues......

If you just remove it it's a future mod spot. I think I am going to mount a compressor and tank where my tank was.

Ok I came up with a fix for the empty Def fluid gauge

Just mount the raceme in front of it...... I can see everything except if the tow/haul or the traction control indicator is lit up but the push buttons on the center console have their own indication lights.

Here is the mount I used and I just cut one leg off so I could tuck it closer to the gauge cluster pocket

Nice mounting solution! I haven't seen that mount before.
