    5" flop pro vibrations

    Recently did a 5" flop pro TBE and have had a vibration I added a extra hanger on the long pipe checked all clamps including clamp for down pipe and can't get rid of it any advice would be great. Thanks

    So quick update if I loosen all the clamps vibration goes away. This leads me to believe that it's in a bind some where but it all looks good. The vibration doesn't come back till I tighten the clamps around the muffler.

    Vibration in the cab? Did you make sure all the pipes are pressed into each other all the way? I used a rubber mallet to tap all pieces together and tightened down prolly more than I should've.

    Are you talking about during acceleration especially during hard acceleration

    No muffler?

    Nope sorry smooth under acceleration terrible at idle just 2% throttle smooths it out.

    That's my next step. On my 2500 I have it 4" straight pipe and the drone when towing heavy kills me.
