I have the muffler on my exhaust. It vibrates a little but I won't notice it unless I pay attention. I do need to adjust the tail pipe on mine though...it contacts the heat shield on the spare on startup and shut down

I had the same problem, after 6 months I decided to remove the muffler, the pipes went together tighter and the vibration went away.
Also check to make sure it's not the spare tire shroud that is vibrating.

When I had that issue, I figured out it was my heat shield on the spare tire as well. I ended up being able to bend it and it worked out.

Others have cut it or just flat out removed it LOL

Vibrations go so bad last night I pulled over in the rain and ripped everything from the muffler back off and voila vibration gone. For now I just threw on a elbow and have it dumping in front of rear tire and it actually sounds decent. Have not made up my mind what I'm going to do but I may leave it as it is for a while. Any one running a exhaust similar wondering about drone when towing.

Dang man so sorry to hear that.... good thing is that most of my inventions or ideas came from situations like these Haha!

Only experience with something like your situation I have had, is when my exhaust fell off and I was only left with the downpipe only on a single cab 12 valve.... talk about drone....

Plus the smell of exhaust at every stop sign Haha!

Mine did the exact same thing at idle, when motor was under load motor would rock just enough and down pipe off turbo was hitting frame I loosened and adjusted it away as much as I could and it was fine. Hope this helps

I've got the same exhaust with the same problem. What did you end up doing to get rid of the vibration?

Took the tail pipe off and made an over the axle dump. It actually looks pretty nice

Did you keep the Flo Pro muffler?

Ye I tried it with out it and didn’t care for the drone. I kind of like the tucked up exhaust.
