I know this is an older thread...able to pass emmissions? I am in CA also and am thinking about EGRless....the emmissions has always held me back

Thank you sir. But if I were able to get it.... and install it, and return to factory file for emmissions, would I pass?

Yes. If you'd put it back to stock and flashed it you'd have no issues.
