    Stock rims 35's

Hey guys I have a longhorn with 18" wheels. I really want to throw 35's on there but I'm a little nervous about them only being 8" wide. Has anyone done this? Any issues? Thanks guys!

18's so you have a 2012 or newer then. You'll be fine. The width is more what you need to watch
    I've got a 09 with the stock 17's running 34.4" x 12.4 wide

The width is what I'm worried about as 35" tires seem to need 8.5" minimum.

Pretty much every tire fitment site will tell you that. And not saying they are wrong but tons of guys run 35 x 12.50s on factory rims without an issue with the bead breaking loose.

It's the other width factor you have to be aware of... Expect them to rub control arms when turning sharp unless you run spacers.

    Just buy 35's that aren't 12.5 wide.

Will a 305/55/r20 (about 33x12) rub control arms on stock 2017? Stock 20" rims, stock height.

Currently on a 295/60/r20 without any problems.

    X2

Running 35x12.5 on stockers with out a problem. They do rub a little as mentioned but only when turning sharply.
