Without being there I can't say exactly what to set amp to. Best thing I can say is adjust to what sounds best to your ear. Just be careful with the gain. Bass boost on the deck is best left off but that's up to you
Well that just happened LOL....dam

I'm on a cell can't see what you posted clearly
Cracked the ring cause I had so much fill I took a bunch out and it's better so far

On the enclosure? Prefab ones are really cheaply made
You can get some good epoxy to strengthen the crack
That's what I was saying before. With the size you may have to add or remove until you're happy with it
I'm happy with how it is after removing some. I shoved it in the 1 inch gap through the box then put a little in the chamber. I guess I'm comparing it to my camaro where I had more room to work with. I don't think they make anything much bigger than what I have

With the angle of the windows on Camaros. Especially the later ones being so extreme they get louder with little power. If the subs are in the hatch upfiring to the glass it has the waves directing right to you
Got any amp recomendations? would that help with the volume? would it be worth looking at 10s for the size box i am working with?
I posted a link for some other subs made by Sundown. He's an awesome guy to deal with
The ones I suggested are actually the 8" for the size and power
Honestly they will take way over the power though. The original series have had triple the RMS power on them. It has to be clean power and a properly built enclosure
