Fleece fuel filter delete AND CAT fuel filter kit

I recently installed the CAT fuel filter system on my 2016 2500. I then ordered the Fleece fuel filter delete kit and installed it today. From what I have read, it seems like the two are compatible. However, when I go to start up the truck, fuel pours from what was referred to in the fleece install video as "just a return line" and the truck will not start. It seems to me like it is the supply line, which is no longer connected to the CP3. Please help!

Since I'm not experience with it, I'm guessing. But I looked up the Fleece fuel filter delete kit on the net and it seems simple. Just a distribution block, correct ?

If so, are you sure you have the route for the lines correct ?

That return is supposed to go back to the tank all the time. You need to connect it. There's no doubt about that. You can't plug it because the fuel pressure will sky rocket

It is just a pass through block for the return lines. However, I am unsure how to connect the stock supply line (from tank to filter) and the supply line (from filter to CP3). I am thinking I may just need some 3/8" diesel fuel line, which will attach to CP3 inlet with a clamp, but I am stumped as to how to connect it to the supply line coming from tank. It has a quick-lock (not sure if correct term) connector which is inserted into some rubber/hard plastic hose. Maybe just a 3/8" barbed connector???? I'm not sure.

I have been told that James Warren at Rollin' Smoke Diesel may have the answer to this, but I haven't been able to get ahold of him as of yet. If anyone is able to inform him, I would greatly appreciate it!!!

I did the same thing. That’s your supply line from your pump. You have to connect your supply line to your pump. Prolly already have done it by now though LOL

FF to 14minutes- I am guessing it is the CP3 return line that clicks in to the return section of the block based on what you have mentioned.
