    I was gunna suggest bearing too. My 01 24 valve ha the same problem

    Well I replaced the water pump and lucklu for me when I turned the truck on the belt squealed so ruled out the water pump, replaced the tensioner and what do ya know no squeal. Thanks guys for the tips and help!
