5 inch flo pro fitment issue

I finished installing my 5 inch turbo back yesterday I got from flo pro, and the curved piece that goes over the rear axle touches the bottom of my bed. Because of this, my tailpipe will not slide into it's hanger, so for the time being, I clamped it and zip tied the hanger to the rubber mount.

My main complaint is how low the tailpipe sits because of this, has anybody else had this issue with flo pro turbo back systems?

If this is how the tailpipe is suppose to sit, that's fine, I was just hoping it would be higher.. but it not sitting into the hanger that it's suppose to go in because of the clearance issue with the bottom of the bed is what's irritating.

I forgot to add that i have the tailpipe pushed up as high as it will go, and then zip tied. It's about an inch from slipping into the rubber hanger

Yeah I agree call flo pro. Sounds like they didn't bend it enough to specs!

Did you try twisting the section to give yourself space? If hangers won't allow you to just bend them or cut and reweld on the pipe so you can get how you want

Check all those connections, mine did the same thing. But when I had to disconnect it to put my control arms on, it went back together tighter and now it fits great.

Does the curved piece that goes over the rear axle touch the bottom side of your bed?

No, I have about 2" between the top of the muffler and the bed. But I have a 2500, not sure if that makes a difference or not.

My exhaust disconnected under my back seat while on the highway tonight, after a 2nd attempt the tailpipe slipped into the hanger and fits like it should.

DID YOU GET A SPACER PIPE WITH THEIR KIT? IT MAYNEED TO BE CUT BACK 6" ON THE SPACER TO FIT RIGHT.
