Save yourself money. You don't need to buy a kit
Just remove the paper element from the filter. Reinstall it. Then run a hose down to the frame for any oil

A 5ft piece of 3/4" hose will cost you about $8

Agreed here. I wasted $50 on a breather kit that just dripped oil all over my exhaust manifold and turbo. I ended up buying 6' of 3/4 heater hose and am much happier with the results. I also gutted the CCV filter.

Blow by will saturate that little filter and leak all over the exhaust...best thing to do is run the hose down to the frame and zip tie it off! I bought some square screen door patches and wrapped it around the opening of the hose and clamped it on so bugs can't get in there. I might see a drip or 2 per month.

Also, you don't have the vacuum of the Turbo pulling the gasses overhead anymore so you want as little restriction as possible.
