    No communications

    I have a 2009 3500 with the auto 6 transmission.
The only mod that was installed on the truck was a cts2.
    All stock
The truck ran hard and strong for 8 thousand miles exactly.. And died. The stock gauges quit working, check gauges, my cts2 lost communications with the truck, all wiring appeared fine. The ecm needed a reflash to get the truck back up and going.

Solution only worked for two months.

I'm convinced that the wiring is to blame for this como problem.
The only one that won't clear is
    u0100 loss of communications ecm/pcm
    Other
    U0141 lost communications with fcm
    C2206 vehicle configuration mismatch
    C2202 and original vin missing
will clear. And havnt been back.

Truck won't crank, start, roll over, or fart

Have you tried disconnecting your batteries for about 30 minutes and then hook them back up I have heard that sometimes works with tuners and resets the ecm

Man I hope this isn't a new ecm case.....

I have heard of several people having ecm failures with some of the same symptoms you described.

After my first ecm failure I put my beloved edge away as to not disrupt comms again.
I had the ecm tested for functionality and vin, they said it passed. I suspect the pcm but it's like all 6.7l information prior to 2010 was lost.
And my neighbor keeps saying "jump the starter solenoid" it'll start..

Clearly I'm not going to try and force jump start a computer based truck, but i do remember and miss the old school hard wire troubleshooting days

Well I ordered a tipm, put it in, and now I can see the tipm on the bus. Code u0100 persists and truck still won't crank. I'm out of ideas.

These explain the check gauges (in my situation)
I wish I had TCM/PCM troubleshooting steps before I throw more money into the pit
