    You should be fine. You just have to run a tuner or sims.

    I ran (and still have installed so I can run without a tuner for trips to the dealership) 100ohm SIMS made by Shibby and never threw a CEL. The codes picked up by the Scangague exhaust gas over temp which was the desired affect of the SIMS.
