I can't think of a reason for them to be different. The 4WD is higher to allow for more clearance. What's going on?

Mine are rotten on my w250 and I have found a set from a d250 in great shape.

One way I always find out is go to a site and find the parts number for the two different models and see if the numbers are the same. Childish, yes .. I know, but quickest and cheapest way to find out. When I have the answer, I order the correct parts when ready.
