Raceme ultra. Bad mileage

I'm currently working my way through the first tank since deleting, but started from 3/4 a tank so I am going by the dash this tank all city with warm up every morning plugged in but cold after work averaging 15 degrees. I think it's sitting just under 15 at the moment. I'm a single rear wheel 2015 3500 stock but deleted running rays 60hp tune for about 1/4 a tank now.

I should have added I expect it to go down a bit more as the first few miles were highway.
