Check the third brake light seal. They are known to leak....

x2 on the 3rd brake light... just sealed mine up a couple of weeks ago.
Do you have a cabin filter mod? Check the filter behind the glove box.
My 3rd gen had a leak in the sunroof, water showed up under the back seat and the back insulation / sound deadener panel had what looked like mold growing on it, smelled pretty musty.
X4 on the third brake light.... my 13 had the same issue LOL.

2 yrs ago i had water leaking under my passenger back seat and floor board, took it to the dealership and they traced it back to my 3rd brake light. They replaced the seal.

Yup found my water problem under back seat, took 3rd brake light out and cleaned everything and siliconed it. Pulled my carpet up in the back and had a fan and blow dryer in the for most of the day, gonna keep the carpet up for a few and keep an eye on things.
