    New to EFI live

I'm having my truck deleted and tuned, 2011, and the shop that's doing the work is just putting the tunes on the truck with the 5 position switch. Do I need an autocal/tuner?

In my opinion yes because if you ever need to reflash, like after your truck goes into a recall, or they just happen to update flash your truck without you knowing.

In other words if you don't have a v2 or autocal then the only copy of your tunes are on your truck and you can not pull them off that way.

It would be worth your while to have your own autocal with the tunes just in case

agreed! i would definitely recommend an autocal for sure. Like the above stated.
