Issues with rear auto ride on 2017 2500

Has anyone had any issues with the factory air ride. It was really cold and snowed the last couple of days now I get a message when I first start the truck that says service air suspension. Could the cold or snow have done something? I also just added a smarty touch could that have caused something?

    Update:
It has warmed up and the truck has thawed out. The rear air is working fine now. The service manager said they have heard of the solenoid freezing.

I know on the 18-wheelers they have trouble with the moisture created in the air system freezing . You can put a little alcohol or air brake de-icer in the lines to thaw it out. That's what we used to do.

Thanks for the advice. I will try that the next time it freezes up
