Mine does not have it, even in the manual for the 2016s it says, ("engine block heater"[If so equiped]). I belong to the titan xd forums as well and they all came up with the same conclusion which is that only custom made trucks and trucks sold in canada and alaska have them equipped from the factory.

When i take my truck in next i will see if they know anything about it having one or not. The diesel tech at the dealership i go to told me they got a 1 day course from cummins for the truck so i mean, i dont think i will be getting an answer anytime soon.
